|2. Holiday Hours and Shipping|
Customer service hours for the Holidays are the following:
Christmas Eve: 10 am - 1 pm eastern
Christmas Day: Closed
December 26: Noon - 6 eastern
New Year's Day: Closed
Christmas delivery can only be guaranteed for in stock items. The delivery companies will not guarantee any shipment. If you want your shipment by Christmas, please consider using 2 day or Next Day Air. Please also list in the memo section at check out the date you need your item by.
Order by Friday Noon eastern, December 13.
UPS 2 DAY
Order by Thursday Noon eastern, December 19.
UPS NEXT DAY AIR
Order by Sunday Noon eastern, December 22.
If your item is out of stock and will not be available before the holiday a customer service representative will notify you by email or phone.
|3. When will my order ship?|
Once our customer service department has received an order, the order will be processed unless otherwise notified by email. Most internet orders, for in stock items, will ship within 24-48 hours of the order being received Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm eastern time will not be processed until the following Monday. There is no shipping and processing on weekends.
Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order if shipping to either Canada or Puerto Rico. Your packages will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
|4. What are the shipping options?|
|After leaving our facilities UPS GROUND takes about 5-7 business days. Expedited options are UPS 3 DAY, UPS 2 DAY, and UPS NEXT DAY. Orders placed after 12pm eastern time on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday.|
|5. What type of payment methods do you accept?|
|We accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.|
|6. What is your return policy?|
Returns on Internet items can be made only within 30 days of Invoice for exchange or refund, no questions asked. Sale items are not returnable or refundable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
The customer must return the merchandise with a copy of the invoice. For an exchange please enclose an explanation of what you would like us to send you. All returns must be sent to Dancers Warehouse 375 Putnam Pike Smithfield RI 02917 Attention Returns.
Returns must be received in original packaging and in resaleable conditions. Product not in resaleable condition will not be accepted. . The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Special orders not listed on the Web Site are not returnable or refundable.
|7. What if an item is discontinued or back ordered?|
Every effort is made to ship orders complete and on time. In the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item that you ordered, our online store will inform the customer the product is out of stock. Back orders older than 60 days will be automatically canceled, unless there are special circumstances.
In the instance where an item becomes back ordered after the order has been placed, a customer service representative will notify you. Customers will be notified by e-mail or phone call.
|8. What if an item is missing from my order?|
Many times to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible we may back order an item that is coming from the manufacturer. You should see this listed on your invoice under the "back order" column.
You may have also received a dropship from the manufacturer. Many companies allow us to have them ship directly from them to you. This saves time because the order will not need to come to us before shipping to you. If this happens you will receive a packing list which should include only what is in the box. The other items will be shipping out from Dancers Warehouse. Then you will receive your invoice for the entire purchace.

|Due to periodic changes in price from our manufacturers and distributors, we cannot guarantee a flat price structure. Occasional price changes are required. In certain instances typographical errors may occur and Dancers Warehouse cannot be held responsible for those discrepancies.|
|12. Sale Tax|
|Dancers Warehouse is required by law to charge sales tax in the state of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Sales tax is charged on total merchandise plus handling and delivery charges for orders delivered to RI at a rate of 7% and 6.25% for Massachusetts.|

|Currently, Dancers Warehouse does not ship internationally. We ship only within the Unites States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
