1. Customer Service
Our customer support representatives are available from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time. To ensure you order is processed in a convenient and comprehensive manner, please use this number for follow-ups, stock availability, product information, shipping information, and questions or changes to existing orders: 877-31-DANCE (877-313-2623). In the event that any of these days falls on a holiday (except the day after Thanksgiving and the Day after Christmas), the day will be observed on the closest business day. Holidays falling on a Saturday will be observed on the prior Friday and holidays falling on a Sunday will be observed on the following Monday.

Any additional closings will be noted on our voicemail greeting.

3. When will my order ship?
Orders do not come through to customer service immediately upon placement. Generally, orders placed after 10:00am EST will not come through until the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00am EST will not be processed until the following Monday. Once our customer service department has received an order, please allow 24-48 for the order to be processed. Most orders, for in stock items, will ship within the 24-48 hours of the order being received Monday through Friday. Any customers whose orders are not immediaetly available within the 5-7 business day ship option will be notified right away with the best knwon update.

Our website DOES NOT have the capability of showing whether or not an item is currently in stock. You will be able to submit orders even if an item is not in stock. You will be notified of any backorders as soon as customer service is able to review the order and check stock. Please feel free to contact us to determine availablility if you are on a tight deadline.

If you have a specific deadline that you need to receive your order by, please note it in the "Customer Notes" section of the checkout screen, or call us to make a manual note on your order. Any orders placed with the regular 5-7 business day shipping option but, have a rush delivery request within the notes section may be subject to change in shipping costs. The customer will be informed of the shipping cost change right away, and will have until 4:30 P.M. EST to respond to Dancer's Warehouse with their confirmation. If we do not hear a response by the specified time, Dancer's Warehouse will make the best judgement decision for the dancer in need of the products based on the specifications of the placed order. Dancer's Warehouse is not responsible for refunding the price of the amount charged to the customer within these guidleines.

THERE IS NO ORDER PROCESSING OR SHIPPING ON WEEKENDS.

If shipping to Canada or Puerto Rico, the customer will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $25.00 after the order has been placed. Your packages will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. THESE CHARGES ARE ALWAYS THE RECIPIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY.
4. What are the shipping options?
Shipping/delivery timelines vary depending on your location. After leaving our facilities UPS Ground takes about 5-7 business days, and USPS Ground takes 4-6 business days. Expedited options are UPS 3 DAY, UPS 2 DAY, and UPS NEXT DAY/SATURDAY DELIVERY. Please note that UPS will not deliver on weekends except for UPS SATURDAY DELIVERY. For example, if a Next Day Air order is processed by customer service on a Friday, it will be delivered on the following Monday.
5. What types of payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Gift Cards.

6. What is your return policy?
We know how exciting it is to receive new dancewear, but please make note of our Return Policy before removing tags, discarding packaging, and trying items on.

Helpful Hints for Trying on Dancewear:
General Footwear - Make sure you are standing on a clean, dry surface. Refunds will not be approved for returned footwear that has been scuffed or soiled in any way.
Ballet, Pointe, and Jazz Shoes - Make sure your feet are clean and dry to prevent imprints from being left on the inside of the shoes. Satin is easily scratched/stained. Take extra care to ensure your surface is clean and dry. DO NOT sew ribbons or elastics onto shoes until you confirm the fit of the footwear.
Tap Shoes and Dance Sneakers - Do not wear outside. Pavement, cement, and dirt will ruin the soles and refunds will not be approved. Do not tap around the house as taps will get scratched even from just a few shuffles.
Bodywear - Tags must not be removed and must remain fully intact. Garments cannot have makeup or deodorant stains, and cannot be altered in any way. Wear undergarments when trying on bodywear.
Tights - CANNOT be returned once packaging has been opened. This is a Board of Health regulation that is beyond our control and exceptions can/will not be made. Feel free to contact us with sizing questions or clarification if you aren't sure the size will fit.

Makeup- Makeup cannot be returned once it has been used/tried on. If returned, and asssessed as used, a restocking fee will be charged.

RETURN POLICY
Returns can be made only within 30 days of the date on the invoice for an exchange or refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns past 30 days are subject to manager approval and maybe charged a 20% restocking fee. Including the return form and all requested information will expedite the processing of your return/exchange. All returns must be sent to:

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. Any items bought from the clearance section of the website or end in .99 are considered clearance.

All items sent out by Dancer's Warehouse Online are fully inspected to ensure the best quality is provided to the dancer. Any items returned that are not in the same condition as sent out, is subject to be sent back to the customer or be charged a 20% restocking fee. WE CANNOT ACCEPT "WALK IN" RETURNS. Returns attempted to be made via walk in will turned away or, if accepted by manager, will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Returns must be received in original packaging and in resellable condition. Product not in resellable condition will not be accepted or may incur a restocking fee based on the exact condition of the product. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. A return label may be requested but, the price of the label will be taken out of the credit back to the customer. Restocking fees may be assessed on certain items as reviewed by the manager based on whether the item was a regular in stock item. Special request/make items CANNOT BE RETURNED.


Customers are responsible for the shipping fee of the package that is to be sent back to them if they do not wish to incur the re-stocking fee.

7. What if an item is discontinued or backordered?
Every effort is made to ship orders complete and on time. In the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item that you ordered, our online store will inform you that the product is out of stock and the approximate ETA for that item.

In the instance of extended backorders, we will contact you to confirm that you want to leave the order open. If we do not receive a response after 3 attempts to reach you via phone and/or email, the order will be cancelled.

If an item has been discontinued and we are no longer able to obtain it from the manufacturer, we will notify you of your options. We may have alternative colors or sizes that could be sent as a substitution, or we are more than happy to help choose a different style.

8. What if an item is missing from my order?
Many times to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible we may back order an item that is coming from the manufacturer. You should see this listed on your invoice under the "back order" column.

You may have also received a dropship from the manufacturer. Many companies allow us to have them ship directly from them to you. This saves time because the order will not need to come to us before shipping to you. If this happens you will receive a packing list which should include only what is in the box. The other items will be shipping out from Dancers Warehouse. Then you will receive your invoice for the entire purchace.

11. Pricing Discrepancies
Due to periodic changes in price from our manufacturers and distributors, we cannot guarantee a flat price structure. Occasional price changes are required. In certain instances, technological and typographical errors may occur and Dancers Warehouse cannot be held responsible for those discrepancies.

12. Sales Tax
Dancers Warehouse is required by law to charge sales tax in the state of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Sales tax is charged on total merchandise plus handling and delivery charges for orders delivered to RI at a rate of 7% and 6.25% for Massachusetts.

13. International Sales
Currently, Dancers Warehouse does not ship internationally, although we are working on expanding to international customers. We ship only within the Unites States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order if shipping to either Canada or Puerto Rico. Your packages will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

14. Limited Liability of Products Sold
All of Dancers Warehouse Inc.'s products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. Except as expressly stated herein, Dancers Warehouse Inc. makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the dancerswarehouse.com sites. Except as expressly stated herein, Dancers Warehouse Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 15. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Dancers Warehouse shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Dancers Warehouse shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Dancers Warehouse will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
